About Megan
Megan has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2014, graduating from Algonquin College. She is passionate about results-focused, therapeutic care and works with patients of all ages and activity levels to reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term health. Megan takes a practical, individualized approach to treatment, tailoring each session to what the patient needs that day while keeping their overall goals in mind.
Her treatments may include:
- Deep tissue massage to target chronic tension and tight muscles
- Trigger point therapy to relieve pain patterns and improve mobility
- Cupping therapy to decrease restriction and promote circulation
- Therapeutic massage techniques to support recovery, injury care, and maintenance
Megan is known for her friendly, down-to-earth personality and her ability to make patients feel comfortable while still delivering focused, effective treatment. She enjoys helping people understand their bodies, move better, and get back to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Megan leads a busy life with her husband and their two sons, and spends much of her free time keeping up with family activities, staying active, and enjoying the everyday moments that make life full.
