I’m a psychotherapist and astrologer who helps clients make sense of repeating patterns, major transitions, and periods of uncertainty. My work combines psychodynamic and depth-oriented therapy with astrology, symbolic work, and nervous-system awareness to explore the practical, emotional, and unconscious forces shaping your experience.
I’m especially interested in thresholds: career changes, relationship endings, identity shifts, motherhood, grief, major decisions, and those strange seasons when the old version of your life no longer fits but the new one hasn’t fully formed yet.
I use astrology as a tool for orientation rather than prediction. Together, we can explore your strengths, developmental challenges, recurring themes, and the cycles that may be activated during times of growth or instability.
My style is warm, collaborative, curious, and direct. I help clients zoom out, map the larger pattern, and build the discernment and self-trust needed to make meaningful change.
