About Mayra
Mayra is passionate about counseling individuals navigating personality disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, cultural adjustment, identity exploration, and self-esteem concerns. She is deeply committed to supporting neurodivergent people, individuals living with brain injuries, and the caregivers who face unique emotional and practical challenges. With a strong focus on culturally competent care, Mayra strives to create an inclusive, affirming space for immigrants and the Latinx community, recognizing the distinct barriers and experiences these populations often face. Mayra will be meeting individuals and couples and she offers sessions both in English and Spanish.
