Max has always been very involved in sports, predominantly hockey, track and field, and weight training. With the background of an athlete, he understood the importance of injury rehab and prevention, and it is this passion that led him to pursue a career as a Massage Therapist.
Taking a whole system approach to treatment, Max seeks to address the root cause of his patients’ injuries to maximize their outcomes. He incorporates Swedish massage, deep tissue manipulation, myofascial release, relaxation techniques, and trigger point therapy to address a variety of conditions.
