Matthew offers a grounded, attuned, and thoughtfully creative therapeutic approach.
Working from a psychodynamic approach, he supports clients in exploring recurring patterns in how they relate to themselves and others. As we come to understand these patterns, we can begin to relate to them differently in daily life.
He has a particular interest in exploring the inner experience, including dreams and imagination to better understand the self.
He works with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, family conflict and estrangement, self-esteem concerns, and identity-related challenges.
