Matthew Cook is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honors from Loyalist College’s Massage Therapy program. Before discovering his passion for massagw therapy, Matthew spent years teaching piano and scaling rock walls as a dedicated sport climber. Experiencing his own climbing injuries firsthand sparked his interest in manual therapy, rehabilitation exercise, and the science of recovery. Today, Matthew blends his love of movement with a growing focus on neurodynamics and pain science, helping clients ease pain, regain function, and get back to the activities that bring them joy.
