As a Registered Massage Therapist, I specialize in deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, and relaxation massage with a strong focus on the nervous system and its role in recovery, pain, and overall well-being. Before becoming an RMT, I spent years teaching First Aid and CPR/first responder courses helping people develop the skills and confidence to respond effectively in high-stress situations. That experience strengthened my understanding of how the body responds to stress, injury, and uncertainty, while also developing a calm, observant, and client-centered approach to care. I believe the body performs best when it feels safe. My treatments are designed to create an environment where clients can relax, regulate, and reconnect with their bodies. By combining clinical knowledge with an understanding of the relationship between the nervous system, stress, and physical tension, I help clients move beyond symptom management and support lasting recovery. My goal is to provide treatments that are both clinically effective and deeply supportive, helping you leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and better equipped to meet the demands of daily life.
