Matt approaches every treatment with a client-centred, evidence-based mindset. An honours graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Trios College formerly known as (The International academy of Massage Therapy), he draws on 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, including working with older adults and adults living with disabilities for the City of Ottawa to blend targeted hands-on care with movement strategies that last long after you leave the table. ,Matt is keenly interested in sports-injury recovery, chronic-pain management, myofacial release, deep-tissue techniques, stress relief and relaxation Each session starts with a thorough assessment, followed by focused treatment and simple at-home exercises so clients feel understood, empowered, and ready to keep making progress. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Matt hiking Gatineau Park’s trails, tackling mountain-bike routes, swimming laps, or hitting the gym. Whether you’re seeking relief from day-to-day tension or support in returning to your favourite sport or just looking to relax. Matt’s goal is for you to walk out feeling lighter, moving better, and confident in your personalized plan forward.
