Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T.)
Born in Brazil and raised in Toronto, Matt graduated from York University with a BSC in Kinesiology and Health Science, before studying and acquiring his diploma at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy.
Having worked in our space since day one as part of our front desk team Matt became curious about all the techniques and modalities offered here at the clinic. As a result, Matt has completed training in the Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) Course™ along with Level I & II Thai Massage Courses.
His treatment style is focused on providing a space for clients to be centered in their body and supporting them in achieving their goals. Matt seeks to support clients' mobility and wellbeing using a blend of techniques which include Swedish, deep tissue, FST, Thai massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, lymphatic drainage, and breathwork.
When not in the clinic, Matt can be found playing with his 2 cats or hosting BBQs and playing tabletop games with family, friends, and neighbors.
