Martin is a Licensed Physiotherapist with a background in kinesiology, strength training, and active rehabilitation. After completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology and gaining experience as a kinesiologist, Martin moved to Oxford, England, where he completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes University.
His background in both kinesiology and physiotherapy has shaped an active, movement-focused approach to rehabilitation. Martin combines individualized assessment, education, manual therapy when appropriate, and progressive exercise to help clients reduce pain, restore function, and build the strength and physical capacity needed to return to the activities that matter to them.
Martin has a particular interest in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, strength development, and helping clients bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and a confident return to training or performance. His own sporting background includes powerlifting and strength training, boxing, baseball, tennis, and snowboarding, giving him experience across a wide range of athletic demands.
Martin enjoys working with everyone from competitive and recreational athletes to people looking to become stronger, move with greater confidence, return to work, or remain active throughout life. He believes rehabilitation should go beyond simply reducing symptoms, with the goal of building long-term capacity, resilience, and confidence in movement.
