I am a Registered Social Worker through the Ontario College of Social Work offering psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults. I am experienced in working with individuals struggling with emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, self-criticism, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic approach is relational, collaborative, and is informed by a feminist, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQA+ affirming theories.
