Hi, I’m Marnie.
I’m a Counsellor and Positive Psychology Coach with over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where healing, growth, and connection come first.
I specialize in mental health, addiction support, mentoring, and personal growth. My approach is rooted in harm reduction, inclusivity, and person-centered care, guided by a trauma-informed lens that honours each person’s unique journey.
Whether you’re navigating challenges with mental health, addiction, attachment, life transitions, or simply looking for support through a difficult season of life, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, understanding, and respect .
In addition to traditional approaches, I incorporate nature and land-based practices to support wellness, reflection, and connection. I am currently working toward certification in Animal Assisted Therapy as part of my commitment to offering holistic and innovative approaches to care.
If you’re looking for support, guidance, or a safe space to be heard, I’m here for you. I believe support should be accessible, so a limited number of sliding-scale fees are available for up to four sessions per individual. Please contact me for more information.
