I have extensive clinical training and experience in working with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in trauma treatment and have certification in PE, CPT and EMDR, and have worked with military veterans and RCMP members for the past 9 years. I am proficient with other modalities including CBT, DBT and mindfulness towards the treatment of depression and anxiety. I also am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and have been licensed since 2004. I provide couples and family counselling and I am trained in Emotion Focused Therapy.
