Marina is a graduate of the University of Alberta, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Her passion for movement and healthy living began with a personal journey. After a family health crisis, Marina witnessed firsthand how sustainable lifestyle changes can transform lives. This experience sparked her commitment to helping others find confidence and empowerment through movement.
Marina is dedicated to making physical activity both accessible and sustainable, with a focus on improving quality of life while respecting each individual’s current health status and physical abilities. Marina believes that movement is more than just exercise—it’s a way of life. She is passionate about helping people discover what their bodies are capable of in a supportive and thoughtful environment.
Marina’s sessions are individually tailored and may include assessments of posture, muscle function, cardiovascular health, activities of daily living, and exercise-based rehabilitation. She is also a certified PWR!Moves Therapist and is excited to support the Parkinson’s community in Smithers by helping individuals feel empowered and energized through movement.
Outside of work, Marina enjoys spending time in nature—gardening, hiking, hunting, and taking quick dips in any body of water she can find.
