Mariah completed her RMT training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, B.C. She was raised in Campbell River and recently moved back. She is currently accepting new clients.
Mariah practices with the belief that massage therapy is an excellent way to reconnect with your body, relieve pain and stress, and relax the nervous system in order to promote healing.
She aims to help individuals unwind, alleviate stress and tension and achieve a state of tranquility.
She prioritizes a holistic therapeutic approach that takes into account individual concerns, ensuring a comprehensive focus throughout treatments.
Some of the specific techniques that she uses are myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, active and passive stretching and Hydrotherapy.
