I am here to meet you in a safe, welcoming space, listen to you, validate who you are in the wealth of your experiences, support your healing and encourage your growth. Anything we do in life, whether it's building new insights, changing outdated thinking behaviors, adding new, healthier skills and routines or ways of understanding the world, all of it is part of ongoing healing and stretching ourselves.
As you embark in your journey, you will find the courageous work you do sometimes challenging and always rewarding. I will work with you in a mindfulness based, holistic approach that emphasizes transparency, non-judgment, respect, patience and compassionate understanding. My goal is to help you help yourself through a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your needs and that we review regularly.
