About Maria
Maria works with individuals, children/teens, and families. She specializes in attachment, family systems, parenting support, family estrangement and reunification, victims of narcissistic abuse, intergenerational trauma, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
Maria is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. As well, Certified Canadian Counsellor with The Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Maria can see clients virtually in AB, BC, MB, NU, SK, NWT, YK, and ON. Maria can see clients in person in AB. Please check with your insurance benefits provider.
Modalities used: DBT/CBT, somatic-based therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, strength-based therapy, motivational interviewing, culturally sensitive approach, solution-focused therapy
