Marena holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Addiction Counselling – she has experience supporting individuals in both counselling and community outreach settings and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Marena believes that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and heard. She strives to meet clients where they are at, recognizing that every person’s story, challenges, and strengths are unique. Marena works with clients in a way that honors their feelings and experiences, helping them reflect on what matters most and taking steps toward meaningful change. Above all, she hopes clients leave feeling a little lighter, and a little more understood.
