It is my JOY supporting people in health and wellbeing! With over 29 years working in the Massage Therapy field, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and a natural gift in helping people feel safe and comfortable. Each client is unique and so are my treatments. I start each session with a check in, actively listening to my clients' needs to help achieve their goals for treatment. As a trauma informed practitioner, I understand the importance of consent and boundaries and creating a safe and nurturing environment for healing and relaxation. My patient centred approach combines various modalities including Myofascial release, Deep tissue massage, Sports massage, Relaxation , Cranial, Visceral and TRE® – Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. As a lifelong learner, I am committed to advancing personal and professional development to improve my ability to support my clients in wellness. I enjoy networking with other health practitioners and believe in a team approach to health care. Whether you are seeking relief from pain, stress related tension, relaxation, or support on your healing journey, I am honoured to be of assistance on your path to optimal wellbeing. Outside of my practice I enjoy hanging with my family and friends, nature, sauna and cold dipping, hiking, running and adventuring out to the west coast waves.
