Javier brings over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. He earned a diploma in fitness and health promotion and then graduated from the Centennial College massage therapy program with an advanced diploma. He got his start as an RMT at Goodlife Fitness and now combines his knowledge of movement (gained through years of training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) with his formal training in massage therapy to deliver personalized treatment plans to a diverse clientele. He is a huge soccer fan, film buff and is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt.
