About Manu
Manu Kukreja is a dedicated Reiki Master and Registered Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA), trained in both Usui and Karuna Reiki. Her work is anchored in the principles of stress reduction, deep relaxation and holistic well-being.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing modality that promotes the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Through light touch or hands held just above the body Reiki can:
• Ease physical discomfort and chronic pain
• Reduce anxiety, depression, and emotional strain
• Support immune system function and the body’s natural defenses
• Enhance vitality, mental clarity, and an overall sense of inner calm
Manu offers sessions in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
