About Madison

Madison holds a Master’s degree in social work from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She is a supportive and grounded therapist who recognizes that sometimes “pushing through” is no longer an option. She works with individuals and couples who feel disconnected from themselves due to the weight of trauma, stress, or the exhaustion of carrying too much for too long. Madison helps clients move beyond just talking about their struggles toward actually experiencing a sense of ease and presence in their lives. In sessions with Madison, you can expect a pace that feels safe, contained, and intentional. She invites you to connect with your feelings and sensations at a speed that respects your nervous system, ensuring you stay supported every step of the way. Whether you are navigating a major life shift, current stressor, or trying to heal from the past, Madison considers it a true privilege to walk alongside you. Madison uses a holistic approach to therapy that integrates somatic approaches with Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
