My name is Madison and I am a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in anxiety disorders, relationships, and trauma. I recognize the pressures of daily life and their effects on mental wellness. I believe therapy offers a valuable opportunity for you to be seen and to cultivate the skills necessary to build resilience in the face of adversity I take a strengths-based approach in our sessions, empowering you to tap into your existing resilience and enhance your well-being, happiness, and overall satisfaction in daily life. I also incorporate evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
