About Madia

Madia is a Social Worker who uses a holistic, culturally sensitive, and client-centered approach. She has extensive professional experience working with vulnerable populations and helping to address their mental health issues. Madia specializes in providing therapy from an Islamic perspective and has worked in a variety of healthcare, community, and social service settings. In her work, she integrates mindfulness therapy as well as biofeedback to provide her clients with a fully individualized and supportive mental health experience. She welcomes clients from all walks of life and cares deeply about providing accessible therapy to diverse clients. Along with this, Madia has a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work with Honours from York University as well as a Social Service Diploma from Sheridan College.
