Initial Orthopedic Assessment. Use this booking for injuries related to shoulder, back, knee, ankle, elbow, wrist, neck etc. This is not for pelvic floor related concerns.

Use this booking ONLY if I have evaluated you during pregnancy and you are coming back for a post-partum check. If you are a new client postpartum, please book under Pelvic Floor Assessment.

Select this option if you are a new client coming in for pregnancy physiotherapy.

Select this option if you have already been assessed by the physiotherapist.
