Mackenzie Seaborn is a Registered Massage Therapist who is deeply interested in the connection between the body and mind, and how intentional therapeutic touch can support both. She believes the body flourishes when it is approached with compassion, care, and curiosity.
With an extensive background in performing arts and movement studies, Mackenzie brings a strong appreciation for how the body moves, adapts, and communicates as an integrated system. This perspective informs her treatment approach, where she considers not only isolated symptoms but also the broader patterns of tension, movement, and nervous system responses that shape how people experience their bodies day to day.
Mackenzie first began working in the field of massage therapy in a spa-based practice in 2021 before graduating from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in 2024. Her treatments draw from a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, hydrotherapy, myofascial techniques, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point work, allowing her to provide patient-centred and evidence-informed care.
She works collaboratively with her patients to help them achieve their individual goals—whether that means reducing pain, improving mobility, supporting recovery, or creating space for rest and reconnection. By working with the body’s natural responses, Mackenzie aims to support long-term healing, balance, and overall well-being.
