About Mackenzie
As a lifelong sports enthusiast and former rugby player, Mackenzie understands firsthand the physical demands placed on the human body, the reality of sports injuries, and the vital role that targeted recovery plays in overall performance. Currently a second-year student at MaKami College completing her clinical practicum hours at Altitude Collaborative Health, Mackenzie blends her personal athletic background with advanced, up-to-date clinical training.
Mackenzie has a strong passion for therapeutic, deep tissue, and sports massage, specializing in relieving chronic muscle tension, addressing repetitive strain, and restoring functional mobility. Having spent years on the rugby pitch, she knows exactly what it takes to recover from high-impact physical stress and optimize performance. Working under the guidance of Altitude's senior practitioners, Mackenzie provides focused, evidence-based care tailored to competitive athletes, desk-bound professionals, and anyone looking to overcome physical discomfort and move with confidence.
When she isn't studying or treating clients at the clinic, Mackenzie stays heavily involved in the local athletic community by coaching youth club rugby. On weekends, she can be found out at the lake paddleboarding, or catching whatever live sports game is playing.
