About Mabel
Mabel graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2016. She also
received special recognition certificates for additional placements in Sports Therapy as well as
treating patients at Mount Sinai and Toronto Rehab in the Musculoskeletal Program.
Constantly curious in various ways to heal the body naturally, she continues to learn new
modalities to incorporate into her practice.
Mabel's goal is to helps her clients become more aware and involved with muscular pain, joint
pain and dysfunction on their bodies. While addressing areas of pain through treatment and
clinical routines, she incorporate Swedish massage and deep tissue work techniques. She
specializes Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, Myofascial Therapy, prenatal and post natal and
Trigger point.
Mabel and her husband have two sons, Deandrei and Enzo. As a family, they enjoy spending
time outdoors, fishing, and swimming.
