Meet Lyvia Lyvia has completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology and is a pre-licensed therapist who offers warm, relational support to teens and adults. She is known for creating a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and able to explore what’s bringing them to therapy at their own pace. Lyvia is trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that can help process difficult or overwhelming experiences. She integrates this work with a collaborative and client-centered approach, supporting clients in making sense of their experiences while developing practical tools to navigate day-to-day challenges. Lyvia works with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, stress, and life transitions. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship and helping clients feel supported as they move toward meaningful change. Offering virtual sessions across Canada, Lyvia provides a compassionate, grounded space where therapy goes beyond symptom relief to foster insight, build resilience, and support meaningful connection and growth.
