Working from a foundation of safety and trust, I use a narrative approach (we talk about the pain and stress) and if it fits we can try EMDR. We get serious. We laugh. Maybe we cry. Whatever it is, we go with it. For me, living an authentic, empathic, and thoughtful life is the reason we are all here. It would be a privilege to sit with you. Let's talk.
