Lydia is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, restorative experience where clients can step away from the demands of everyday life and simply relax. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on comfort, relaxation, and helping clients leave feeling refreshed and renewed. She believes that everyone deserves time to slow down and care for themselves, and strives to create a peaceful, welcoming space where clients can fully relax, recharge, and leave feeling restored.
In addition to her clinical practice, Lydia contributes to the massage therapy profession as a course creator and peer reviewer for continuing education programs. Outside of the treatment room, Lydia enjoys walking in nature and getting lost in a good book.
