I am a Registered Social Worker, and hold a Masters in Education. In addition to 24 years providing mental health support in the school system as a clinical social worker, I am trained in EMDR and I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist. I am also trained in DBT therapy. My work experience and training has led to working with people who have experienced trauma and various mental health challenges. My role as a therapist is to provide mental health support in a safe and trusting environment so that you can achieve your therapeutic goals.
