I support the behind-the-scenes systems that help create a smooth, welcoming experience for clients and the RRT team. From coordinating client inquiries and scheduling to strengthening onboarding and clinic processes, I’m passionate about making care easier to access and navigate.
My background is in strategic growth, partnerships, and community-building, with a focus on creating equitable and people-centred experiences. I’m especially committed to work that challenges systemic barriers and helps Black communities thrive.
I’m excited to contribute to a compassionate, affirming space where clients feel supported from their first point of contact.
