About Lucy
Lucy is a Camosun College graduate who joined the Opal Wellness practitioner team in December 2024. Her massage therapy practice is shaped by a strong interest in myofascial techniques, hot and cold stone therapy, and growing curiosity around TMJ and facial treatments—including intraoral work for jaw-related concerns.
Lucy’s treatments are guided by a nervous system-informed lens. She prioritizes a calming, parasympathetic approach— with a goal of helping clients access greater ease, mobility, and integration by addressing both the physical and neurological contributors to pain and dysfunction. By creating space for the nervous system to settle, her treatments aim to enhance mobility, reduce discomfort, and encourage lasting change.
