About Lucy

Lucy Anacleto studied at Bryan College, and is registered with the CMTO as a Massage Therapist in Toronto. She is also a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. Her skills include Swedish massage, tapotement, deep tissue work, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and trigger point therapies. She incorporates breathwork and movement in her treatments, finding it most effective to release tense, shortened muscles. Experienced in both clinic and spa settings, Lucy treats a wide range of conditions including, but not limited to acute muscle spasms, stress-related ailments, anxiety, chronic pain, sports-related injuries, headaches, neck and back pain, pregnancy and infant/toddler massage. Lucy is passionate about massage therapy. She combines in-depth knowledge, technical skill and compassion to help others move from stress and pain to relaxation and vitality. Lucy’s interest in massage therapy was borne out of a yearning for a more connected form of healing than traditional medicine. She looks forward to adding more modalities to her practice because she loves learning everything she can about healing and the human body.
