I am a recent graduate of the Doctor of Acupuncture program at CITCM and a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist with over 12 years of experience in the field. Based in Calgary, Canada. With over 15 years of experience I have expertly guided thousand of clients on their personalized wellness journeys.
My curiosity for the body and how to support optimal health within oneself guides my practice. I use the wisdom of human physiology to support and nurture a felt-sense relationship that creates a safe and informed container for people to truly feel into their body. This innate body intelligence has a grand capacity to heal, and it is my role to guide clients through the development of this more in-depth relationship to their bodies.
I am devoted to building a relationship of trust that empowers clients to be leaders of their own experience and wellness journey. This building and maintaining of trust between both you and I, and between you and your body creates a supportive environment particularly potent in processing trauma and recovery in health.
I am certified and registered with the Alberta Collage of Acupuncturists & the BCTNA. I have received my doctor of acupuncture certification through CITCM in Calgary. I have also been trained through the internationally recognized Body Intelligence program where I was involved on the instructor team for 5 years. This approach to enriching my own knowledge and that of my community ensures you always receive the most recent and relevant support when we work together.
