All massage therapy sessions include an assessment, treatment and exercises. Treatments can help reduce or eliminate pain, improve joint mobility, circulation and reduce muscular tension.

MONDAYS and THURSDAYS ONLY. Physiotherapy Follow-up appointment. Wear comfortable clothes & shoes to allow ease of access. Please bring your own resistance band for rehab exercises.
