Lucas is a graduate of VCMT, he is from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories and came to Vancouver in 2015. He has competed in many sports, including hockey, speed skating and judo. He is a registered yoga teacher and has over a decade of parkour experience. Lucas brings a wealth of personal experience into his practice, his approach integrates the biopsychosocial model of pain, addressing the interconnected physical, mental, and social aspects of health. He is proficient in a variety of massage therapy techniques including myofascial release, Swedish, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and loves his joint mobilizations. He adapts his treatments to ensure each client achieves their health and wellness goal. When not at work, you could probably find him hiking, bouldering, or jumping around town!
