With 7 years of experience in massage and body work, I bring a hands-on, thoughtful approach to every treatment — combining real results with a calm, comfortable experience. As a busy mom of two in a blended family of five kids, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. Life gets full, and taking time for yourself matters. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel at ease, and leave feeling confident and taken care of.
