About Lorraine
Lorraine has been a competitive equestrian athlete since her early 20s, which led to an injury that fractured multiple vertebrae in her lumbar spine. Thankfully, massage therapy was introduced to her as a powerful rehabilitation tool.
Under the hands of a skilled RMT, she returned to her sport, pain-free and inspired her to change her career to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist herself.
Lorraine keeps a quiet and safe environment in her treatment room as she understands the effect stress has on the body. With her skills in trigger point therapy and deep tissue work, she is an ideal therapist to help anyone suffering from pain, injury and the stress of everyday life.
