Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, Lori relocated to the Okanagan Valley in 2015, embracing a transformative career shift. Determined to pursue her passion for holistic health, she enrolled in the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in Kelowna. Lori is a proud member of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia and the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of British Columbia.
Her personal experience with a neck injury deepened her understanding of the profound impact that therapeutic touch can have on healing and recovery. This journey reinforced her commitment to providing compassionate care that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of wellness.
In 2023, Lori furthered her professional development with The Mastectomy Guide. This program provided her with in-depth training in breast, chest, and oncology massage, focusing on safe and effective techniques for individuals recovering from breast cancer, gender-affirming surgery, and elective breast procedures. Through this training, Lori gained knowledge in pre- and post-surgical care and scar tissue management. Her approach integrates light-touch methods and trauma-informed care, ensuring a compassionate and ethical environment for clients seeking support on their healing journey
