Lorelei is a Registered Clinical Social Worker and ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider in Central, NL, with over 10 years of experience working with Mental Health & Addictions Services. She earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and her Master of Social Work with a Clinical Specialization from the University of Calgary. Lorelei is a certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy practitioner and provides counselling services and ADHD assessments to individuals across diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds and a wide range of age groups. Lorelei has a passion for providing therapy for individuals and families in Central, NL, experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation. She uses Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Practice.
