About Logan

Logan holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. She began her physiotherapy career in the neurosurgical ICU at the Halifax Infirmary, where she developed a deep appreciation for providing compassionate, client-centered care during some of life’s most critical and vulnerable moments. Following this, Logan transitioned into outpatient orthopedics, where she strengthened her expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Logan’s longstanding interest in pregnancy and postpartum health eventually led her to specialize in pelvic health physiotherapy. She now combines her orthopedic and pelvic health training to offer holistic, individualized care for clients across all stages of life. She has completed advanced coursework in urinary incontinence, corrective exercise for the perinatal population, and biofeedback for pelvic floor dysfunction. Logan integrates hands-on therapy, functional movement, and pain science education into her treatments to address the root causes of dysfunction and support long-term recovery. Logan is committed to gender diverse care and strives to create a safe, inclusive space where all clients feel seen, respected, and supported. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and education—ensuring that each person leaves with the tools and confidence to navigate their health journey. When she’s not in the clinic, Logan enjoys exploring new restaurants, cooking at home, visiting family in Prince Edward Island, and hosting friends for cozy gatherings and good food.
