Liza (she/her) is a recent graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and began her career this year. With an earlier degree in Hospitality Management, she brings strong skills in deep listening, anticipating individual needs, and creating meaningful, inclusive experiences.
Her massage approach blends targeted pressure with guided breathing to release tension and help clients reconnect with their bodies, supporting both physical health and the parasympathetic nervous system.
Liza tailors each treatment to individual goals and encourages clients to feel empowered in their health journey by staying aligned, present, and consistent.
