I’m Lisa Winkler, a Registered Massage Therapist in Valemount, BC. I've been an RMT since 2018 and since I’ve been helping people return to the activities they love—pain-free and with ease. I opened my home practice in Valemount in 2022 and feel grateful to serve my community.
My approach is tailored to your needs and your body, blending techniques from Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish Deep Tissue, and Muscle Energy Technique. Each session is designed to be relaxing, empowering, and informative.
