About Lisa

Lisa is a bilingual (English/French) Registered Physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph. As a former varsity volleyball athlete and assistant coach, she brings first-hand experience in high-performance sport. Building on this foundation, she completed the University of Guelph's Sport Physiotherapy Fellowship at the Health & Performance Centre and has provided both in-clinic and sideline care for various varsity athletes and community sport organizations. Lisa has experience treating patients across the lifespan, with clinical interests in orthopaedic, sport, paediatric, and pelvic health physiotherapy. She has additional training in pelvic health and provides inclusive assessment and treatment for people of all gender identities experiencing pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum-related concerns, and other pelvic floor conditions. Lisa's professional experiences have taken her from working with Indigenous communities in Northern Alberta to supporting a women's soccer team across Southeast Asia. Outside the clinic, she enjoys travelling, discovering hidden foodie gems, and staying active in her community. Lisa is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
