About Lisa

Lisa graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2015. She has diplomas / certificates / course completions in Swedish massage, Remedial massage, Hot Stone, Indian Head, TMJ dysfunctions, Rib Mobilization, Palliative Care, Kinesiotaping and more. We have a busy blended family with 8 kids (5 school age, 3 adult). You can usually find me outside at our home north of the city with whichever kids are around (I'm likely barefoot) soaking up nature every chance I can, or walking / having coffee with my hubby. I thrive in early fall when the leaves are changing. Grass, mud, bush, mountains, water, I'm in!! Also passionate about Jesus, music, camping, and again coffee!!!! Throw in a good book in a hard to find quiet moment and I'm a happy girl!
