“I booked my first appointment with Lisa a couple of days ago and was very impressed. I filled out the online background information request, and Lisa came into the appointment well prepared. She took the time to consult with me about the services I needed and asked a few questions about my history to make sure that I got the most out of my appointment. “Lisa's massages get right to my pain. I feel very comfortable and relaxed with Lisa. She puts me at ease. She also asks every time how I am and I can give her direction on where to focus and how deeply to massage. I like that Lisa can do deep tissue massage if I need it or just a relaxing massage if my muscles aren't so tight. “I have been going to Lisa for approximately two years, she is one of the best massage therapists I have encountered. I love that she is effective, yet gentle, meaning massages aren't painful! (Note: I ask her not to make it painful, if you are looking for a harder/deeper massage I have no doubt she could do it!) Lisa has a very gentle demeanour which makes me feel at ease and I leave feeling rejuvenated and calm. Throughout my pregnancy Lisa continued to provide massage services for me. She was knowledgable about prenatal massage and I trusted her completely. I had actually gone to a spa specializing in prenatal massage but preferred Lisa to them.
