Lisa is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology (CCHST) in Windsor, Ontario, in 2012. With 14 years of clinical experience, she is dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, recover from injuries, and improve their overall mobility and quality of life. A member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario (RMTAO), Lisa has extensive experience treating clients with a wide range of conditions and at all stages of recovery. She specializes in therapeutic massage focused on injury rehabilitation, chronic pain, muscle tension, postural dysfunction, work-related injuries, headaches, and everyday aches and pains. She also provides prenatal and postnatal massage and tailors every treatment to each client's unique needs and health goals. Lisa believes that no two clients are the same, and she develops individualized treatment plans designed to relieve pain, improve movement, and promote long-term wellness. Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Lisa has always been passionate about helping others feel their best.
