About Lisa
Lisa Ho graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2015.
She is passionate about helping clients manage their pain presentation, improve their physical well-being, and rehabilitate from injury. Her treatments employ a variety of techniques and approaches including Swedish, Myo-fasical, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point work, cupping and kinesiology taping.
Lisa has experience in a wide variety of settings, including clinical therapy for competitive skiers, martial artists, as well as other athletes.
